SEMI-AUTOMATIC STRANDING MACHINE FOR PLASTIC-COATED AND RUBBER-COATED WIRE

The DISA-01 is a semi-automatic machine for the disassembly of rubber-coated and plastic-coated wires.

The high-powered hydraulic extraction system allows 2 to 7 centimetres of rubber-coated wire to be removed in a single cycle.

A key advantage of the DISA01 is that the disassembly process is carried out at room temperature, meaning there is no need to subject the beads to high temperatures that could compromise their integrity and quality.

It should be emphasised that the use of this machine for dismantling diamond wire represents a significant step forward in terms of environmental protection and material recycling.

In fact, by separating the various components at room temperature, there are no fumes or vapours released from the heating of the plastics and rubbers used to manufacture the diamond wire, whilst at the same time all raw materials are fully recovered.
