The E-POWER 300 delivers better performance than traditional hydraulic presses, whilst significantly reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
Versatility
With the E-POWER 300, it is now possible to print on different types of material using the same setup.
An injection moulding system with a servo-driven extruder, specifically designed for moulding various thermoplastic materials (PVC, TPU, TR), thermosets and vulcanised elastomers (rubber) used in the production of soles for single-colour, two-colour and three-colour footwear. Given its particular versatility, the E-POWER 300 is also highly effective in other manufacturing sectors (automotive and general components) where precision, repeatability and low running costs are required for high-quality products.
Accuracy
The use of servo motors in all the machine’s drives, including the servo extruder, ensures a high degree of moulding repeatability, which has a significant impact on both moulding quality and the reduction of waste.

The lowest energy consumption ever
Thanks to the synergy between the servo motors and STEP’s innovative, patented closing system, the E-POWER 300 is able to reduce electricity consumption by 65% compared to hydraulic presses.
Eco-friendly
E-POWER 300 reduces the use of mineral and/or synthetic oils by up to 95%, which undoubtedly has positive effects on the environment, as no waste oil will be produced.


Cleaning the mould area
Thanks to the TRASFER system, patented by STEP, the mould area remains clean and free of lubricants at all times, with consequent benefits for both the operator and the quality of the finished product.
Low noise levels
The low noise level of the E-POWER 300 enhances operators’ working comfort.
Modularity
E-POWER is designed to make the most of the benefits of a modular system.
An extremely compact design that does not require side access and can therefore be positioned side-by-side with other E-POWER presses, significantly reducing the space required whilst maintaining the same production capacity.

Innovation
As part of the E-POWER project, a number of interesting calculation algorithms have been developed that can automatically determine the amount of material to be injected into the mould cavity.
Thanks to this feature, there is no need to change the moulding parameters when switching sizes.
