Semi-automatic wire stripping machine

The BP-01 is a semi-automatic machine for the disassembly and pressing of mechanical diamond wires used in stone quarries.

Thanks to its ease of use, it significantly increases the operator’s productivity; the operator simply positions the section of wire in the designated slot, where, with a single operation, the machine simultaneously extracts the components and cuts the section of wire itself.

In addition to disassembly, the BP-01 presses the wire following its regeneration.
By placing the presser in the designated housing, the machine, at the operator’s command, applies tension to the wire, imparting a defined preload to the springs, and simultaneously performs the crimping operation.
