Automatic assembler for plasticized/rubber coated diamond wire

The MF-120-1 is a machine for assembling diamond wires used for cutting marble, stone in general and reinforced concrete.

The assembly system is fed by a high-performance vibrating feeder, which allows five beads to be threaded simultaneously in a cycle lasting 2.5 seconds.

The simultaneous threading of multiple components makes the MF-120-1 the only machine on the market capable of achieving an assembly speed of 120 beads per minute

The component transfer mechanism is another key feature of the assembly system, enabling the threaded components to be fed up to a length of 12 metres, even in the presence of internal impurities within the bead, the use of protective primers, etc.

If required, the MF120-1 can be fitted with a bead scanning system that allows the bead to be oriented in the direction chosen by the operator.
