Automatic assembler for mechanical diamond wire

The MF-60 is a machine for assembling diamond wires used for cutting marble, stone in general and reinforced concrete.

It has been designed to insert up to five different components fully automatically, following sequences defined by the operator.

Equipped with vibrating stations for the orientation and feeding of the assembly system, it inserts up to 5 components simultaneously in a single cycle lasting approximately 3 seconds

The simultaneous threading of multiple components makes the MF-60 the only machine on the market capable of achieving a production rate of approximately 50 metres per hour on the mechanical line.

The component transfer system is another key feature of the assembly system, enabling the components to be fed through a 30-metre-long line.

If required, the MF-60 can be fitted with a laser reading system that allows it to be oriented in the direction chosen by the operator.
The basic version of the MF-60 is designed for the assembly of beads only (for rubber-coated, plastic-coated and multi-strand wires).
