class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e3e2de800f511389a212d162e5d87522\">The MF-60 is a machine for assembling diamond wires used for cutting marble, stone in general and reinforced concrete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been designed to insert up to five different components fully automatically, following sequences defined by the operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipped with vibrating stations for the orientation and feeding of the assembly system, it inserts up to 5 components simultaneously in a single cycle lasting approximately 3 seconds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The simultaneous threading of multiple components makes the MF-60 the only machine on the market capable of achieving a production rate of approximately 50 metres per hour on the mechanical line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The component transfer system is another key feature of the assembly system, enabling the components to be fed through a 30-metre-long line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33fb812868a0696965c990f23c1edb0c\">If required, the MF-60 can be fitted with a laser reading system that allows it to be oriented in the direction chosen by the operator.<br>The basic version of the MF-60 is designed for the assembly of beads only (for rubber-coated, plastic-coated and multi-strand wires).<\/p>\n<\/div><figure
