COUNTER01 is an automatic counting device that has been specifically developed for the diamond wire industry.
It consists of a vibrating unit equipped to align diamond pearls and objects of limited dimensions, of a high-performance counting sensor and of an operator panel to program the requested quantity.
It can counts approx. 130 pieces per minute and stops automatically once the quantity requested by the operator is achieved.
COUNTER01 is a very simple device, and though of great usefulness in all those cases where the absolute counting accuracy is an indispensable condition to achieve increasingly higher standards in the diamond wire industry.
