AUTOMATIC PALLETIZING
VIB01 is a vibratory forming system for concrete parts designed to ensure high productivity in a reduced space.
Thanks to its innovative concept, once it has made the part, VIB01 deposits it onto storage shelves, which are stored into purposely-allocated drying racks, thus reducing by 8 times the surface occupied in the conventional vibratory forming systems.
The cycle is completed by the automatic palletizing of the parts and their subsequent reintroduction of the drying racks into the production line.
This system allows molding in continuous cycle without needing to wait for the part to dry before clearing the area it occupies.
