CARTON350 is the end-of-line unit designed to integrate and automate the packaging and labeling of products to be packaged into corrugated board boxes.
The operating unit forms the case and at the same time sorts the set on products to be packed, which can be of different nature, depending upon the request (bottles, boxes, trays, bricks, etc.)
Once the box is filled, it tapes, labels or marks it to then deposit the completed box onto a conveyor belt or roller bed for palletizing, if required.
CARTON350 is an extremely flexible casepacker; all the adjustments to change the format can be provided in either manual or mechanized version, the latter with automatic relocation associated to the item requested. The handy horizontal storage of the cardboard at operator’s level simplifies the service and its extremely compact configuration makes it appropriate for use also in environments of very limited spaces. It is built in painted steel, stainless and fully stainless steel.
