COMPACT, VERSATILE AND EASE TO USE

EPOWER E2400 is capable of molding all types of thermoplastic and vulcanized materials with unmatched performance and cost of ownership.

ECO-FRIENDY

FIRST VERTICAL ELECTRIC PRESS THAT RESPECTS THE ENVIRONMENT E-POWER E2400 reduces the use of mineral and/or synthetic oils by 95% with undoubtedly positive effects both for the environment and for the company’s economy considering that it will no longer have to purchase and then dispose of hydraulic oils.

50% REDUCED CYCLE TIMES

Cycle times in the molding of reticular EVA reduced by 50% with the new BOOSTER technology developed by STEP, a particularly innovative technology capable of accelerating the EVA reticulation process, giving the material technical properties of superior quality.

LOWEST ENERGY CONSUMPTION EVER

Thanks to the synergy between servomotors and the innovative STEP-patented closing system, E-POWER E2400 is able to reduce electricity consumption from 50% to 70% compared to traditional hydraulic presses.

LOW NOISE LEVELS

The absence of large hydraulic power packs increases comfort in work environments with decidedly low noise levels.

MODULARITY

E-POWER WAS DESIGNED TO EXPLOIT THE ADVANTAGES OF A MODULAR SYSTEM TO THE MAXIMUM

An extremely compact structure that does not require side accesses and can therefore be placed side by side in contact with other E-POWER 300 presses with a significant reduction in the spaces occupied for the same production capacity.

PRECISION

PRECISION-FOCUSED DRIVE TECHNOLOGY

The use of servomotors in all machine drives, including the servo-extruder, results in a high degree of repeatability of molding which significantly impacts both on the quality of molding and on the reduction of waste.

INNOVATION

AUTOMATIC DETERMINATION OF OPTIMAL PROCESS PARAMETERS FROM THE FIRST MOLDED ITEM

With the E-POWER design, important calculation algorithms have been developed that are able to automatically identify the quantity of material to be injected into the mold cavity. Thanks to this feature, it is not necessary to change the molding parameters when changing the size.

HIGH QUALITY MOLDED PRODUCT

In addition to the increase in GRIP and a lower SPECIFIC WEIGHT of the product, E-POWER 2400 guarantees higher quality thanks to the absence of bubbles and micro-bubbles inside the molded product.
