MF120-1 is a machine that assembles diamond wires to cut marble, stones in general and reinforced concrete.
The assembly system is fed by a high-performance vibrating station that allows pulling through 5 pearls at the same time in a 2,5 sec cycle.
The simultaneous pull-through of various components makes of MF120-1 the only machine on the market that can achieve a productivity of approx. 120 pearls per minute.
Another strong point of the assembly system is the component transfer equipment, thanks to which the pulled through components are pushed at a length of up to 12 meters length, also in case of internal impurities of the pearl, use of protection primer coating and the like.
Upon request, MF120-1 can be equipped with a pearl scanning system that allows its orientation to the direction chosen by the operator.
