MF60 is a machine that assembles diamond wires to cut marble, stones in general and reinforced concrete.

It has been designed to pull through up to 5 different components in fully automatic mode and through sequences defined by the operator.

Equipped with vibrating stations for the orientation and feeding of the assembly system, it pulls through up to 5 components in only one cycle of 3 seconds approx.

The simultaneous pull-through of various components makes of MF60 the only machine on the market that can achieve a productivity of approx. 50 meters per hour.

Another strong point of the assembly system is the component transfer equipment, thanks to which the pulled through components are pushed at a 30 meters length.

Upon request, MF60 can be equipped with a pearl laser reading system that allows its orientation to the direction chosen by the operator.

The basic version of MF60 allows for the sole assembly of pearls (for rubber-coated, plasticized and multiple wires).
